Fulham are in advanced talks with Arsenal over the loan signing of Cedric Soares.
All parties are increasingly hopeful they can wrap up the deal by the end of the window.
Marco Silva has made signing Cedric a priority in this window and he was their No 1 target at right-back this month. Silva is looking for Cedric to add experience, a winning mentality and versatility.
The Fulham manager knows Cedric well from the time he coached him at Sporting.
